Return Policy
What are the conditions to return a product?
Before returning an item, please read through our Return Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.
You have 7 calendar days after item delivery to notify us that you want to return your product.
If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling Customer Service at the number 03111644086
Returns are easy. Simply follow the 7 steps stated below:
How much time do I have to return a product?
Items sold on can be returned within a period of 10 days from delivery date, provided they are eligible for return.
Example: If I received my product on the 5th, I have until the 15th to contact Customer Service.
Customer Service agents are available at 03111644086, from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, 7 days a Week.
Note: You have 7 days from the day you received your purchase to call to initiate your return. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty, and contact the manufacturer if it does.
What are the conditions for returning an item and what is the procedure?
If you bought General Merchandise (anything else than a Fashion or Beauty product), or items from a restricted category, please refer to the requirements stated in the chart below.
Restricted categories include: Sunglasses; Watches; Cosmetics; Skincare or Haircare products; Perfumes; Custom or Made-to-order products; Imported On-order products; certain Sale products.
What is the reason for my complaint?
Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery
What are the conditions for returning the item?
  • Seal must be intact if there is one, item in original condition
  • Item must not be used
  • Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
  • Item must be in original condition
How long after delivery can I submit my claim and what do I do?
  • 1 to 10 days to call Customer Service
  • Call Customer Service to schedule a pick-up or drop-off
  • Fill the return form
What do I get and when?
 A full refund in the form of:
  • Voucher: 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfer or cheque: 3-4 business days
  • Credit card reversal: 3-4 business days
Remember to send back all items (including the free promotional items) that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will be invalidated.
What are the products that I cannot return?
The following products cannot be returned:
  1. Underwear or swimwear.
  2. Items that cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons, such as hairbrushes or combs.
  3. Consumables such as grocery products, food, or beverages.

How to request a return?
Contact Customer Service at 03111644086 or to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, and either arrange for our courier partners to pick-up the product, or confirm the nearest service provider location where you can drop-off the product.
Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:
  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.
  3. The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
  4. Where and when the product should be picked-up
Note: For pick-ups, we will make 3 attempts to pick-up the product. However, past this, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.
How do I send my product to
Our customer service will arrange for our courier partners to pick-up the product.
In case our customer service cannot organize the retrieval, we will kindly re-direct you to another service provider, and will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us.
Once my product is received by, what are the checks being done?
Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Check team.
We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.
How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?
This quality evaluation process may take about 3 business days. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.
If my refund is validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?
The quickest way for us to process your refund is to request a bank transfer.

Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?
If you prefer to replace your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. If you choose a bank transfer, you can also use it to buy a similar product on yourself.
If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?
If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
Note: We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.
I have bought an item on promotion. What amount will you refund me?
For items purchased on sale, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not the full price of the item.
For Example: If you purchased an item on sale, and paid Rs.2000/-, and its full price was Rs.4000/-, we will refund you the paid price of Rs.2000/-.
Exchange & Replace: is not liable to replace and exchange a merchandise if found used or damaged. If receivable is found use or damage, the cost of re-shipping the item shall be paid by the customer.
It’s the liability of the customer to send the merchandise back in its original packing as was received. Shipping cost to be bear by the customer.

1. Please keep your purchase receipt safe with you which will be issued by The purchase receipt must be presented together with the warranty when making a claim within 10 days of warranty. If the receipt of purchase is not presented, then no claim would be entertain.
 2.  Please make sure proper packing of product, to ensure that no damage occurs to product during transit, box of the product must be in the same condition as receive, and box must contain the following:
  • Complete contents as received
  • Detail note regarding the issue
  • Invoice / Purchase receipt cop
 3. In the event that the goods requiring repair under warranty, the owner is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from Branch. Whilst in transit the goods are at the owner's risk.
 4. In the event if no identical Product is available for replace, has the right to replace the product with a device of equal capacity, or offer the customer the choice of other products which can be upgraded also & incur an extra cost.
 5. This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products will be replaced. This warranty does not extend to accessories. This warranty does not cover LCD and Batteries or any other consumable items.
 6. This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
 7. The warranty will not apply if the factory-applied serial number or seals has been altered or removed from the Product.
 8. The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, miss-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product.
 9. In case if any customer doesn’t want to take the same product which he has ordered or not satisfy with the product purchased then customer can replace the purchased product with any other product mentioned on the website. In this case, customer needs to afford only with the deduction of 20% replacement charges. These charges would be deducted on the invoice amount of same transaction. Hence, this policy will not apply if the products cost more than Rs.20000/-.
